BC To Take Part in Wheelchair Basketball Western Conference League
Local wheelchair basketball players are about to have more competitive opportunities, thanks to BC's entry into the Western Conference League. Select BC teams will be competing in the inter-provincial league, which also includes teams from Alberta and Saskatchewan. BC teams will be travelling to Calgary, Edmonton, and Saskatchewan through the season and will be competing at the Open Finals in Spring.
From Oct. 19 - 20, BC will welcome teams from Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatchewan in the season's first tournament. The tournament will take place at Trinity Western University in Langley. Spectators are welcome to attend.
