Please be advised that the 2014 BC Wheelchair Basketball Society AGM will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2014 at 1pm at Douglas College Gym, New Westminster Campus, 700 Royal Avenue, New Westminster, BC, V3M 5Z5.

There are currently 2 vacant positions on the BCWBS Board of Directors. 
Please find a nomination form below, which entitles you to nominate an individual for election to the BCWBS Board of Directors. As well please find the proxy form below which gives you the opportunity to have a vote by designating a member who is in good standing. This proxy vote is to be used only if you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, November 22nd, 2014.

Please return nomination forms to the BCWBS office by November 17th 2014.
